7. Kalaripayattu-The oldest form of martial arts.
It
has evolved essentially from southern India. Agstya muni traveled
endlessly and discovered this fighting technique mainly to fight with
the wild animals. Parashuram also possessed phenomenal martial-arts
capabilities.
8. Shaolin Kung-Fu
He was a Buddhist monk who was responsible for transmitting
Chan Buddhism to China. He began the physical training of the monks of Shaolin Monastery that led to the creation of Shaolin Kung-Fu.
